Effective July 7, 2026
Privacy Policy
Blackjack Trainer is an educational blackjack training app for simulated practice. Version 1 does not use real-money betting, casino connections, user accounts, multiplayer, payments, payouts, funding flows, or cloud sync.
Data stored on your device
The app stores training information locally on your device so the trainer can remember your progress and settings. Local data may include:
- Lesson progress
- Completed lesson IDs
- Drill history
- Accuracy and timing stats
- Simulator settings
- Rule presets
- Shuffle and counting practice settings
- Sound, haptic, and accessibility preferences
This local training data is not sent to a Blackjack Trainer server in Version 1.
Advertising
The app may show banner ads on non-gameplay screens. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may collect or receive device, app, advertising, consent, and diagnostics data according to Google's policies.
Where required by region or device settings, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent or show privacy choices before loading ads.
The app does not use rewarded ads, real-money betting ads, or gambling funding flows.
Website
The public website is used to provide app information, privacy disclosures, support information, and app-ads.txt verification. Standard hosting infrastructure may process basic request information needed to deliver the website, such as request path, IP address, user agent, and timestamp.
No account, payment, or sensitive profile data
Version 1 does not ask for:
- Login credentials
- Payment card details
- Bank information
- Government IDs
- Casino login information
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos
- Microphone access
- Camera access
Children
Blackjack Trainer is not directed to children. The app is intended for general educational use by users who are old enough for the app's store rating and local requirements. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention, deletion, and reset
Because Version 1 stores training data locally, users can remove local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. If the app later adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
Privacy choices
Where Google indicates that privacy options are required for a device or region, the app may show a privacy choices option in Settings.
Store data-safety consistency
The Google Play Data safety section should match this policy: Version 1 stores training progress locally, does not send local training progress to a Blackjack Trainer server, and may use Google AdMob for ads on non-gameplay screens.
